January 25 will be the opening day when you have the opportunity to come and enjoy yourself at our establishment.
Every night, we open the doors at 8:00 pm except on Sundays and holidays. In addition, we also open on Saturdays at midday (from February).
Traditional cuisine: our famous salt cod omelette, fried salt cod, roasted T-bone steak and Basque cheeses and walnuts to finish.
The food is enjoyed standing up at a high table, and the only drink will be a glass of Sagardoa from the new harvest, straight from the barrel.
